Store Policies We will ship as soon as payment is received/cleared! You will receive a email with your tracking number as soon as your item leaves our warehouse, if you don't please check your spam filters or your junk mail folder. If you need your tracking number resent to your email please contact us with your shipping information and order number. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days (this does not include weekends or national holidays) depending on what part of the country you live in. Nothing leaves our warehouse damaged if your item arrives and it is damaged please make a claim with UPS immediately! For information about our return policy or anything else please contact us!
